[Remote] P&C Insurance Sales Agent

They are seeking a driven P&C Insurance Sales Agent to own the full reputed company insurance sales cycle and reputed company a pipeline of reputed company clients across multiple industries.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and reputed company a pipeline of reputed company clients across multiple industries — tech, reputed company, professional services, construction, and reputed company
• Quote, present, and bind reputed company policies including GL, BOP, professional liability, and specialty lines
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions — you consult, not just sell
• Build and maintain referral relationships with attorneys, accountants, IT consultants, and business advisors
• Manage renewals and annual coverage reviews to retain and grow your book
• Process endorsements, policy changes, and documentation accurately and on time
• Stay reputed company on market trends, reputed company appetite, and industry regulations
• Collaborate with our technical team to introduce cybersecurity services where relevant

Skills

• 2+ years of reputed company insurance sales experience
• Proven track record hitting production targets in a client-facing role
• Strong communication and consultative sales skills
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, remote-first environment
• Active Texas P&C Producer License (NY license a plus) — NY Non-reputed company license required reputed company 90 days, we sponsor
• Surplus Lines license (or willing to obtain — we sponsor)
• Experience selling to startups, tech companies, or reputed company clients
• Familiarity with specialty or E&S market carriers
• Background in or exposure to IT services, MSP, or cybersecurity sales
