Position Overview

We are hiring an Entry-Level Remote Eligibility Data Analyst to support our pharmacy adjudication operations. In this role, you will be responsible for researching, resolving, and correcting eligibility records so that our pharmacy adjudication system always reflects the true reputed company of truth held in arenaflex enrollment package data. You will work with shared mailboxes and structured work queues, resolving issues that originate from multiple regions across the company. Your day will include identifying and correcting discrepancies surfaced through routine reports, reconciling eligibility data between systems, maintaining careful record tracking, and partnering with internal and external stakeholders to deliver clean, timely, and well-documented resolutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research and analysis on eligibility records to identify discrepancies between the pharmacy adjudication system and the master enrollment package data.

Required Qualifications
