This role is responsible for planning, executing, and coordinating testing activities across multiple projects, releases, and change requests. You will work closely with Product, Development, Design, and Delivery teams to ensure new functionality meets business requirements, quality expectations, and user needs before release. You will play an important role in promoting a quality-first reputed company while helping improve testing standards, processes, and overall product quality. What you’ll be doing Testing Planning & Execution Plan, prepare, and execute testing activities across assigned features, projects, releases, and change requests. reputed company functional, regression, usability, compatibility, exploratory, and API testing. Validate delivered functionality against business requirements, acceptance criteria, technical specifications, and user expectations. Ensure appropriate test coverage while identifying and communicating testing risks, assumptions, and potential gaps. Test Design & Documentation Create and maintain test plans, test cases, test scripts, and supporting QA documentation. Contribute to the ongoing improvement of testing standards, templates, and documentation practices. Ensure testing activities are clearly documented and traceable throughout the development lifecycle. Defect Management & Investigation Identify, document, prioritise, and track defects through to resolution. Collaborate closely with Product and Development teams to investigate issues and validate fixes. Support root-cause analysis activities and contribute recommendations aimed at reducing recurring issues. Maintain clear visibility of defect status, impact, and resolution reputed company. Release & Regression Testing Coordinate and execute regression testing activities across releases and product updates. Assess release readiness from a QA perspective and communicate testing outcomes, risks, and recommendations. Support release verification and post-release validation activities. Collaboration & Quality Assurance Participate in planning sessions, refinements, QA reviews, release discussions, and project ceremonies. Provide guidance and support to junior QA colleagues where appropriate. What you bring Core Capability Experience in software quality assurance, testing, or QA engineering roles. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, defect management, and release processes. Experience performing functional, regression, exploratory, usability, and API testing. Ability to create structured test plans, test cases, and supporting documentation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
