Job Overview: We are seeking a highly creative and execution-focused Growth Marketing Designer to reputed company high-converting reputed company pages and digital marketing assets using AI-powered workflows. This role combines design, copywriting, and rapid experimentation to create compelling customer experiences that align with campaign and product goals. The ideal candidate is reputed company in using tools like Claude and reputed company to streamline content creation, iterate quickly, and maintain consistent brand identity across multiple campaigns and client projects. You will work closely with clients, marketing teams, and product stakeholders to turn briefs into polished, conversion-driven reputed company pages while continuously improving workflows, prompts, and reusable design systems for efficiency and scale. Core Tasks: Use Claude to generate, iterate, and ship reputed company page copy and layouts at speed Design visually compelling reputed company pages in reputed company from concept to published Maintain a consistent visual themes across client assets and variants Work with AI to write and refine copy that drives action for various audiences/ campaigns Work with clients to collect brand assets and guidelines to use with prompts Built out a library of prompts and other reusable components to improve efficiency Own the workflow from brief, design and copy before handing off for publishing Collaborate with marketing and product to align pages with campaign goals Must-Haves: 3+ years of experience in growth marketing design (reputed company pages, sites, apps etc) Hands on experience using Claude (or similar) to assist design and copy work Background working for a fast-paced, US-based design agency or DTC brand Solid design portfolio showcasing reputed company pages and other digital marketing assets Understanding of reputed company design principles (typography, layout, hierarchy, etc) Proficiency using reputed company or similar low-code page builders to create professional landers Proven copywriting ability (blogs, landers, site copy, etc) Highly conscientious with strong attention to detail and follow through Strong (C-level) written and verbal English communication skills Ability to work full-time EST reputed company to Haves: Experience building lightweight design systems or component libraries Apply To This Job
