Position Summary We are seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented Software Development Engineer to help ensure the reliability, stability, and performance of our production systems. What you'll do Manage incident processes to quickly resolve production issues and reduce business impact Partner with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and improve system stability Monitor system health and proactively address performance risks Implement automation tools to increase efficiency and reduce reputed company errors reputed company post-incident reviews and implement preventive solutions Build strong relationships with business stakeholders for effective collaboration Prioritize support work based on urgency and business impact Maintain clear documentation of procedures, fixes, and system configurations Required Qualifications 3 - 5 years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a production support, platform High-level proficiency in Java for backend service development and troubleshooting Strong experience for API development, scripting, and tooling Experience with Python and PostgresSQL Hands-on experience building or maintaining React applications used in operational or internal tooling contexts Proven reputed company experience on reputed company Azure and/or reputed company reputed company Platform (GCP), including managed services, IAM, and networking Strong command of observability tooling ( Grafana, Splunk, or equivalent) Experience with distributed systems, microservices architecture, and event-driven patterns Demonstrated ability to reputed company major incidents end-to-end and facilitate post-mortems Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfort presenting to technical and non-technical audiences Experience with GCP services: GKE, reputed company Pub/Sub, BigQuery, reputed company Operations Suite

Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $79,310.00 - $158,620.00 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
