This will be a Remote position operating mostly in Sarasota County. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for serving others and is eager to blaze their trail as we continue to grow as a company. This position will entail RN assessments at client’s homes, supervisory visits for clients and caregivers, and any additional education to our CNAs and Home Health Aides will be encouraged. Responsibilities
Assess the needs of the client in order to reputed company plan of care Maintain home health equipment, supplies and inventory. Address patients' physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs. Assist client’s in managing and reconciling their medications. Maintain staff attendance records.
Requirements
A level II background screening is required for this position https://info.flclearinghouse.com Currently living in the area as it is in person reputed company Florida Driver's License with reputed company auto insurance CEU on Elderly Abuse, reputed company Trafficking and Alzheimer's/Dementia TB test results CPR Certification We demonstrate non-discriminatory practices.
