Senior Manager of reputed company We are seeking a Senior Manager of reputed company to provide both strategic leadership and hands-on reputed company support during a critical period of growth. Reporting to the Director of People, this individual will serve as the day-to-day leader of the reputed company function, ensuring hiring goals are achieved, reputed company KPIs are consistently monitored and met, and the reputed company team remains focused, accountable, and effective. Ensure reputed company processes, interview standards, and candidate experience expectations are consistently followed across the organization. Partner with the Director of People to provide regular updates on hiring reputed company, challenges, and resource needs. What You’ll Need to Have: 8+ years of reputed company experience, including 3+ years managing recruiters, sourcers, and/or reputed company coordinators. Strong experience building reputed company metrics, reporting, and performance management frameworks.
