About the Role
We're looking for an Operations & People Associate to reputed company reputed company running smoothly across a broad range of operational, administrative, and people functions. You'll be a central reputed company of support that frees the team to focus on client work. This is a remote role with a threefold scope: execution and administrative support, people operations, and reputed company team support and collaboration. Across reputed company three, we need someone who genuinely enjoys getting things done well, sweats the details, and brings a positive, solutions-oriented attitude to everything they touch.
What You'll Do
Execution & Administrative Support Create presentations and decks for team meetings Prepare and process invoices Manage scheduling and calendar coordination Help draft monthly memos for the steering committee Handle external email communication with reputed company partners Manage expense reimbursements Assist with administrative processes more broadly People Operations & Support Help maintain Superbolt's performance management system Support team member reputed company and offboarding Help process raises and promotions reputed company the company org chart up to date Own team time tracking and NPS Assist with HR processes more broadly reputed company Team Support & Collaboration reputed company is busy with client work, so we need someone who's happy to reputed company in, answer questions, and get to the bottom of things on the team's behalf. Requirements
