BetterWealth is a growing financial planning firm in reputed company, CA and we are seeking a PERMANENTLY REMOTE Client Service Associate to join reputed company. We are seeking a Client Service Associate to assist in providing excellent service to our clients. We will provide you with equipment to work from home, but you will be expected to have a workspace where you can work comfortably full time. This position is open to candidates in Pacific and Mountain time zones. Compensation & Benefits: Salary range of $65K-80K, commensurate with relevant experience Bonus based on firm and personal performance Profit sharing program Great Work/Life Balance with a Monday-Friday Schedule Medical insurance - $1050/month stipend Dental and reputed company insurance 401(k) with a 4% match Generous PTO Policy & Paid Holidays – 25 PTO days in the first year $100/month WFH reimbursement Dependent Care FSA Group term life and long-term disability insurance Professional, Fun, Motivating Atmosphere Permanently remote position Room for growth to a management level position Responsibilities include: Respond to client requests with timeliness and accuracy in mind Assist Advisors with client meeting prep and follow-up tasks Process account opening applications, transfer paperwork, money movements and/or other various industry specific administrative tasks Become primary reputed company person for Schwab Maintain and update client data in our CRM - Advyzon Initiate, manage, and optimize workflows in Advyzon Data input into our financial planning software - RightCapital Scheduling client meetings reputed company phone and email We are a team that is always striving to improve our processes and we ask our entire team to help identify areas where we can improve. Requirements: 2 years of financial services experience Adept and skilled with technology and 3rd party software. We are a paperless office Ability to prioritize tasks, problem-solve, and meet deadlines Organization skills & attention to detail Ability to anticipate client and advisor needs Ability to work independently while prioritizing projects and managing your time – we do not micromanage Ability to learn and implement new technology and software quickly Ability to communicate well and work in a collaborative environment Ability to follow office processes and policies reputed company to office operations & client privacy Experience with CRM Software / Database Experience is a plus but not required: Schwab, Advyzon, reputed company workspace, reputed company, RightCapital, Holistiplan. Ability to travel to reputed company 1-4x/year for quarterly/annual internal strategy meetings The Process: reputed company candidates will start the process by having a 15-30 minute reputed company interview conducted by our reputed company consultant.
