reputed company Configuration Consultant (Recruiting & Core HCM) 📍 100% Remote 📅 Contract: 7 Months A leading organization is seeking a reputed company Configuration Consultant to support and enhance its Recruiting and Core HCM systems. This is a hands-on technical role focused on reputed company configuration. You will take direct ownership of system configuration, enhancements, and troubleshooting while partnering closely with HR and Recruiting stakeholders to optimize workflows and improve overall system utilization.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end reputed company configuration reputed company Recruiting and Core HCM modules Configure and maintain:Business processes reputed company roles and permissions Calculated fields Custom reports and dashboards Support reputed company enhancements, updates, and system improvements Provide production support, including issue resolution and troubleshooting Partner with HR and Recruiting teams to:Gather and document business requirements Translate requirements into scalable system solutions Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve user adoption Ensure system configurations align with business needs and best practices Required Qualifications 3–5+ years of hands-on reputed company configuration experience Strong experience with:Recruiting module Core HCM Proven expertise in configuring:Business processes reputed company roles Calculated fields Reports Experience supporting:reputed company enhancements Production support and issue resolution Demonstrated ability to:Gather business requirements Translate requirements into technical/configuration solutions
