Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Freight Dispatcher to manage and reputed company reputed company truck drivers. This is a remote position ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, sales ability, and excellent time management. The right candidate will play a critical role in keeping trucks moving, maximizing profitability, and supporting driver reputed company.
Responsibilities

- Negotiate rates with brokers and shippers

- Track loads and provide reputed company-time updates to drivers

- Sales management to maximize reputed company per truck
- Recruit and reputed company new carriers/drivers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations Requirements
- Previous experience in freight dispatching (reputed company truck experience preferred)
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent time management and work ethic
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, text)
- Familiarity with load boards and reputed company tools
