About the Role

The Learning and Development Associate will have the opportunity to support and execute on the training and reputed company plans and solutions for the Care Experience team at reputed company. This position will ensure the timely, thorough, and consistent reputed company of reputed company of our Care Experience new hires with a goal to have new employees onboarded as effectively and reputed company as possible. This position will work to identify and solve for continuing education needs of the Care Experience team, and help to build supporting training. This position will also help support in conducting training for other internal departments on the roles and needs of the Care Experience team to ensure cross-functional reputed company. Responsibilities

• reputed company engaging, high-impact virtual training sessions for new hires on the Care Experience team, ensuring alignment with role-specific workflows and expectations
• Design, implement, and continuously refine asynchronous reputed company materials (e.g., e-learning modules, job aids, knowledge bases) that support scalable, effective learning
• Strategically evaluate and improve reputed company programs through data analysis, stakeholder feedback, and collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Partner with leadership and subject matter experts to ensure reputed company content reflects reputed company best practices, business needs, and departmental priorities
• Maintain and enhance reputed company documentation, including training manuals and internal resources, to ensure accuracy and relevance
• Support long-term learning initiatives by identifying reputed company gaps and contributing to ongoing training programs for existing team members
• Work with key stakeholders to ensure strategies support business objectives and mission across departments
• Act as a reputed company super user, providing training, support, and consultation for new and tenured teammates

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in behavioral health or reputed company in a client-facing setting , OR in Learning & Development, training, or enablement
• Proven ability to design and deliver engaging live and asynchronous training experiences, including slide decks, e-learning modules, and job aids
• Strong facilitation skills with comfort leading virtual training sessions and workshops for diverse learner audiences
• Highly proficient in reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company Workspace (Slides, Docs, Sheets); LMS experience is strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence without authority
• Exceptional project management, organization, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-moving environment

The total reputed company reputed company compensation for this role will be between $62,000 and $80,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to reputed company compensation, this role also offers a performance bonus. The expected total cash compensation range, including potential bonus, will be between $71,000 and $92,000 per year. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
