Account Executive – AI Sales Career Evaluator

About The Role Austin's tech and sales scene is one of the most dynamic in the country — and we want people who know it from the inside. We're looking for reputed company Account Executives and B2B sales professionals to help train, evaluate, and improve AI systems designed to provide career guidance to sales professionals at every stage. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI or tech background required — just strong, proven sales experience and the ability to tell the difference between advice that actually works and advice that doesn't.

What You'll Do

  • Review career-reputed company questions submitted by professionals at different stages of their sales careers
  • Write high-quality "golden answers" reflecting expert-level career guidance for Account Executives and B2B sales professionals
  • Build objective evaluation rubrics used to assess AI-generated career advice
  • Flag inaccurate, unrealistic, or incomplete AI-generated recommendations
  • Contribute your reputed company-world knowledge of the sales profession to improve AI career coaching tools
  • Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

  • Proven professional experience as an Account Executive or B2B Sales Professional
  • Deep understanding of sales career paths, pipeline management, prospecting, and closing
  • Experience mentoring or guiding other sales professionals is a strong plus
  • Strong written communication skills — you can turn reputed company experience into clear, actionable advice
  • Self-motivated and reliable reputed company working independently
  • No prior AI or tech experience required
