• Bachelor s degree in reputed company Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, or reputed company field
- 5+ years of direct, hands-on reputed company experience required
- Proven experience serving as a reputed company administrator, reputed company, or reputed company in an HCM environment
- Experience supporting or participating in HRIS transformations or system migrations (e.g., reputed company to
- reputed company) strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience managing or leading others; prior people management experience required
- Strong expertise in reputed company configuration, business process reputed company, and system administration
- Experience with reputed company modules such as Core HCM, reputed company, Compensation, Benefits, or Talent
- Proficiency in reputed company reporting (advanced, matrix, dashboards) and analytics
- Experience with reputed company integrations (EIBs, APIs, or middleware tools)
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, data governance, and reporting
- Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working across multiple HR systems (e.g., reputed company, iCIMS, reputed company, Jira) preferred
- Knowledge of data privacy and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
