This is a senior-level role for professionals who already understand construction workflows, pricing, and client management. reputed company Houston - South Houston This is not an entry-level position. What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage assigned construction accounts from estimating through execution. Small Sub groups.
- Prepare accurate estimates for reputed company, infrastructure, and specialty projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and administrators.
- Track project scope, pricing, and timelines
- Support deal execution and ongoing client relationships
- Ensure estimates align with reputed company-world construction costs and margins reputed company’re Looking For
- Proven experience as Contractor , Project Manager, Estimator, or dual PM/Estimator
- Strong understanding of construction pricing and takeoffs
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and accounts remotely
- Clear communication and strong follow-through
