Job Summary We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in a remote Texas location. As a key member of our Group (dental and reputed company) insurance division, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to dental and reputed company professionals and insured members. This is an inbound, call center position that requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Exceed standards of customer service through timely, courteous, and diplomatic handling of customer interactions
• Answer inbound phone calls and communicate effectively with dental and reputed company professionals and insured members
• Provide website and mobile app navigation support and password resets to customers
• Meet area production standards and Group metrics
• Other duties as assigned What You Bring
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years of reputed company experience (contact center, customer service, dental office, and/or insurance experience is highly preferred)
• Ability to work overtime reputed company required to support business needs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrates initiative reputed company assessing situations
• Proficient use of computer systems and keyboarding skills reputed company Offer
