[Remote] Advisory Board: Patient Intake

Advisors will influence workflow design and product reputed company, leveraging their experience in managing patient intake processes.

Responsibilities

• Map reputed company intake workflows from referral receipt through scheduled start of care
• Identify where intake stalls due to missing data, eligibility, or system handoffs
• Pressure-test what can be automated vs. what must stay reputed company
• Help define escalation paths reputed company referrals are incomplete or delayed
• Share hard-won lessons from running intake teams under growth pressure
• reputed company warm introductions to organizations with high-volume intake operations Skills
• Have owned or led patient intake, access, admissions, or referral operations
• Operate in referral-driven environments where volume fluctuates and systems don't talk
• Feel intake strain as volume increases, even reputed company staffing grows

• Familiarity with fax, referral portals, eligibility checks, and EHR re-entry
