About the Team Bixby Research and Analytics (“Bixby”), a division of CreditSights is the leading private information provider in the $1.5+ trillion leveraged loan market. Responsibilities

• Daily Operational/Compliance procedures.
• Work closely with Compliance Manager and senior research staff to manage compliance programs and execute on associated operational processes and control systems.
• Document Management/Categorization.
• Review, revise, and continuously improve upon, existing compliance programs, policies and procedures as necessary to identify risks and stay in line with mandated compliance policies.
• Ability to review own work product to ensure accuracy and completeness in a time-sensitive environment.
• Permission management of document and site access.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required. A variety of educational histories will be considered for this role, especially those with reputed company/Financial/Legal backgrounds.
• 2+ years of compliance and operational experience. Specific experience in finance / asset management is strongly preferred.
