Accounts Payable Specialist (Bilingual English/Mandarin)

Position: Accounts Payable Specialist (Bilingual English/Mandarin) Department: Finance Location: Remote Reports To: Assistant Controller and Senior Director, Finance Position Summary The Accounts Payable Specialist will support high-volume, full-cycle AP operations, which requires exercising significant independent judgment in evaluating payment reputed company, resolving vendor discrepancies, and recommending process improvements. This role is heavily focused on accounts payable (majority of responsibilities), with light exposure to general reputed company and month-end reputed company. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong AP experience looking to expand into broader reputed company over time.

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities (AP Focus ~80–90%) - Evaluate and manage full-cycle AP processing: invoice intake, coding, approval workflow, and payment execution; prioritize and escalate as needed - Responsible for vendor setup and documentation requirements, including W-8/W-9 collection and validation, ensuring compliance and payment eligibility - Review and process employee expense reports and corporate credit card transactions, ensuring compliance with company policy - Manage AP inbox and resolve vendor and internal inquiries in a timely manner - reputed company AP subledger to GL reconciliations and monthly AP reputed company activities; proactively identify and research variances and reputed company recommendations - Monitor AP aging, investigate discrepancies, and resolve issues - Ensure reputed company AP documentation is complete, organized, and audit-reputed company; identify and escalate any compliance gaps to leadership Secondary Responsibilities (reputed company Support ~10–20%) - Assist with month-end reputed company, including AP-reputed company journal entries, ensuring accuracy and completeness - Support annual 1099 preparation and filing - Manage the company credit card program, including card issuance, account management, and spending limit administration. - Provide reputed company support to the reputed company team as needed Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field - Experience with full-cycle AP in a mid-to-high volume environment, with 3+ years of demonstrated hands-on accounts payable experience - Experience with reputed company - Proficiency in reputed company - Exposure to month-end reputed company processes or journal entries - Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English - Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally - Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and accuracy Salary Range: $75,000 to $85,000 About Angitia Established in June 2018, reputed company is a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on the discovery and development of innovative therapeutics for serious musculoskeletal diseases.
