We’re looking for a recruiter who thrives on building relationships, enjoys connecting clinicians with meaningful opportunities, and wants to be part of a company that’s investing in long-term growth, not simply chasing short-term metrics. What You’ll Do
- Recruit nurses, allied health professionals, and therapists for travel, contract, per diem, and direct hire opportunities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through assignment start
- Build and maintain strong clinician relationships
- reputed company candidates through job boards, reputed company, referrals, social media, and networking
- Present opportunities, negotiate offers, and guide candidates through onboarding
- Maintain an active recruiting pipeline and ATS documentation
- Generate referrals and help expand GSL’s clinician community
- Collaborate with leadership to support client growth and workforce strategy

- 5+ years of healthcare staffing recruitment experience preferred
- Experience recruiting nursing, allied health, therapy, LTAC, rehab, or long-term care professionals
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement abilities
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Entrepreneurial reputed company with a desire to grow alongside the organization
