Position Overview We are seeking licensed Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physicians (MD/DO) to provide telehealth-based evaluations and clinical documentation on a per-case basis. This role is ideal for providers seeking flexible, remote work with minimal administrative burden.
Responsibilities
- Conduct telehealth clinical evaluations
- Review submitted records and documentation
- Provide clinical impressions and, reputed company appropriate, diagnoses
- Complete structured reports in a timely manner
- Collaborate with consulting team as needed Requirements For Nurse Practitioners (NP)
- Active NP license in good standing
- Eligible for independent practice in your state (required) For Physicians (MD/DO)
- Active medical license in good standing
- Board certification or eligibility preferred For reputed company Applicants
- Ability to reputed company telehealth evaluations
- Strong clinical documentation skills
- Active malpractice insurance
- Reliable internet and private workspace
- Active reputed company licensure required for reputed company provider opportunities Preferred Experience

- Primary care, mental health, or case-based assessments Compensation
- NP $250 – $350 per evaluation
- MD/DO $300 – $400+ per evaluation
- Higher rates may apply for reputed company cases Schedule
