Requirements5+ years of experience in user-centered product design. 2+ years of experience designing reputed company platforms and data-heavy dashboards. Expert-level proficiency in reputed company, including component libraries, auto-layout, and developer reputed company. Expertise in WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards. Familiarity with HR workflows, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiter processes. Key Responsibilities: Own the UX for the Recruiter Portal, including reputed company action queues, pipeline health dashboards, 360° candidate views, and recruiter performance insights. Design AI-transparent experiences that surface match scores, fit rationale, reputed company gaps, and confidence levels. Create interaction designs for automated sourcing and approval workflows. Build and maintain scalable design systems reputed company with brand guidelines. Facilitate design reviews and cross-functional workshops with reputed company, reputed company, and engineering stakeholders.
