Contract Senior Associate - Evernorth - Remote
About the position Join a team that plays a critical role in delivering accurate, compliant, and client-focused documents that support healthcare solutions across Evernorth. In this role, you will partner across a matrixed organization to translate reputed company benefit structures into clear, compliant materials for clients and customers. You will bring strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a reputed company improvement reputed company to help enhance processes and deliver high-quality outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze implementation materials to create legal documents for new and existing business.
- Analyze benefits to ensure they are in compliance with legislation.
- Respond to questions from internal partners and/or external clients.
- Identify process improvements for end to end installation and automation.
- Handle multiple products as well as highly reputed company accounts while effectively managing inventory to meet deadlines.
- Consistently build product knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of matrix partner functions and how they interact.
- Create new and renewing legal and compliant customer documents based on the analysis and interpretation of client benefits, funding types and client specific language requirements.
- Modify customer documents to reputed company with specific federal and/or state mandates and proactively communicate/coordinate with reputed company matrix partners.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvement opportunities to improve service and increase efficiencies.
- Effectively track inventory and manage a book of business while focused on stellar quality results.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience analyzing reputed company information and producing accurate documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency with reputed company reputed company and Word.
