Creator Partnerships & Influencer Manager for Anime Jewelry Brand
About Us
We’re a fast-growing, Australia-based anime-inspired jewelry and accessories brand with a passionate global audience. Our products are heavily influenced by anime, gaming, fandom, internet culture, and creator communities. We’re looking for a Creator Partnerships & Influencer Manager to help us grow through creators, affiliates, ambassadors, and community-driven marketing. This role is ideal for someone who understands creator culture, short-form content, influencer relationships, and e-commerce growth, especially within anime, gaming, fashion, fandom, or internet culture spaces. What You’ll Do
- Find and recruit creators, influencers, affiliates, and ambassadors across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Discord, Reddit, and niche communities
- Manage creator outreach, gifting, follow-ups, and relationships
- Coordinate creator campaigns and track performance
- Help identify strong creator content for organic, affiliate, and paid marketing use
- Support affiliate and referral programs using Shopify-based tools
- Organize creator pipelines, outreach systems, and campaign tracking
- Work closely with the marketing team to improve creator strategy and campaign performance
- Stay close to anime, fandom, fashion, gaming, and internet culture trends
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with influencers, creators, affiliates, or UGC campaigns for e-commerce brands
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and short-form content
- Organized and reliable communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple creator relationships and follow-ups
- Familiarity with Shopify, creator tools, or affiliate platforms is a plus
- Interest in anime, gaming, fandom, fashion, collectibles, or internet culture
Bonus Points
- Experience with affiliate or ambassador programs
- Experience using tools like Social Snowball, UpPromote, Refersion, GoAffPro, or similar platforms
- Experience with TikTok Shop or influencer gifting campaigns
- Experience working with anime, gaming, fashion, collectibles, beauty, or lifestyle brands
- Discord community experience
- Experience sourcing creators internationally
