If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and energized by delivering high-quality work on time, this role offers meaningful responsibility and growth. What You’ll Do? You’ll play a key role in helping the Product Marketing team execute projects efficiently and consistently across regions. Coordinate and execute marketing projects in partnership with Product Marketing Managers and Specialists Translate business needs into clear, actionable work (e.g., website updates, collateral revisions, campaign assets) Manage web content updates by collaborating with Digital teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery Coordinate updates to marketing and sales materials such as datasheets, brochures, and blog content Support global consistency by managing regional variations, including translations across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather input and validate content Use workflow tools (e.g., Asana or similar) to submit requests, track progress, and keep projects on schedule Review final deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project requirements Proactively communicate status, timelines, and potential risks to stakeholders Support internal alignment by helping coordinate materials for product launches and marketing updates What You Bring? Minimum Qualifications 2+ years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or product marketing support (preferably in a B2B environment) Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work with technical or complex content Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities Experience working cross-functionally and coordinating across teams

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Experience supporting product marketing or technical product portfolios Familiarity with marketing workflows involving Creative, Digital, and regional teams Experience managing or coordinating marketing assets and content updates Exposure to tools such as CMS platforms or marketing systems (e.g., Aprimo, Microsoft Dynamics, Salsify, Asana, or similar) What You’ll Get?
