Job Description • reputed company release planning and collaborate with Agile development and release management teams to define product release execution plans. • Establish and manage operational processes for the Product Backlog for your assigned products. • Define EPICs, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria while ensuring development teams have a clear understanding of backlog items. •... Maintain transparency in the product backlog to showcase the Agile team's upcoming work. • Validate usability research findings, assess product value, UX design, and persona goals. • Support customer inquiries, conduct demonstrations, and manage on-site visits by allocating team resources. • Ensure process documents are comprehensive, up-to-date, well-communicated, and properly stored. • Take ownership of departmental operational management and collaborate with the leadership to create operational plans alongside Technology leadership colleagues.
