This role involves working on large-scale data platforms and advanced machine learning solutions to derive actionable business insights from complex datasets.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities
  • Develop, validate, and deploy machine learning and predictive analytics models
  • Design and implement statistical models to solve real-world business problems
  • Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to build data-driven solutions
  • Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively
  • Perform feature engineering, model evaluation, and optimization for production-grade models
  • Develop forecasting, recommendation, classification, and clustering models
  • Support experimentation, A/B testing, and performance measurement initiatives

Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Analytics, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or XGBoost
  • Strong understanding of statistics, probability, and predictive modeling techniques
  • Experience working with structured and unstructured datasets
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience working in a product-based company
  • Exposure to Generative AI, NLP, and Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Experience with Spark, Databricks, and big data technologies
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools and model deployment practices
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
  • Knowledge of recommendation systems and customer analytics
