[Remote] Lead Product Designer, Partners

ClassPass is revolutionizing the fitness and wellness industry by bringing together the world’s best experiences into one app. They are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Product Designer to help lead the next chapter of growth for Businesses on ClassPass, focusing on designing intuitive and elegant SaaS products.

Responsibilities

• You’ll turn behavioral insights into thoughtful experiences that remove friction, build trust, and deepen engagement throughout the lifecycle
• You’ll own end-to-end design strategy and execution for key parts of the ClassPass platform— shaping vision, flows, and shipped quality
• Lead and contribute to discovery efforts (research, interviews, data synthesis) to uncover insights and opportunities
• Translate business objectives into thoughtful design opportunities that lead to intuitive, effective product experiences
• You’ll work with a team that is passionate about design craft, our customers, and staying connected with each other
• Mentor & multiply: give incisive feedback, model great critiques, and help lift the team’s pace and standards

Skills

• 7+ years of product design experience
• A portfolio demonstrating deep craft and end-to-end product thinking on complex systems and workflows
• Ability to thrive on complexity and dive into broad, deep, and complex problem spaces
• Belief that the line is blurry between product and design leadership and willingness to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity
• Strong in product thinking: ability to form rigorous hypotheses, influence team understanding, and spot new opportunities
• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative insights and translate them into actionable recommendations
• Evolving perspective on design's role in AI, automation, and emerging technologies, and how these can enhance creative output and customer value
