[Remote] Recruiter

Professional Physical Therapy is seeking an experienced, relationship-driven Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring across clinical and corporate functions. This remote role focuses on attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through onboarding for clinical and corporate positions
- Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, facilitate offers, and support pre-employment activities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, workforce planning initiatives, and hiring priorities
- Maintain ownership of recruiting activity and hiring outcomes within an assigned territory or business function
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Partner with Human Resources to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee
- Assist with offer documentation, background screening coordination, and pre-employment processes
- Proactively source and engage passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, networking, social media, and other sourcing channels
- Build and maintain pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Support employee referral initiatives, recruitment marketing efforts, career fairs, university partnerships, and student outreach programs
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill clinical and corporate positions
- Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to operational and corporate leaders
- Develop and refine phone screen guides, interview questions, and candidate evaluation criteria
- Coach hiring managers on interview best practices and hiring decisions
- Lead intake meetings and provide regular updates on candidate pipelines, market trends, and recruiting activity
- Drive consistency and adherence to recruiting processes across assigned regions
- Maintain accurate candidate records and interview feedback within Workable
- Utilize recruiting technologies and sourcing platforms to maximize hiring effectiveness
- Track recruiting metrics and generate reports to support business decisions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare, staffing, or talent acquisition
- Demonstrated success in active sourcing, candidate pipeline development, phone screening, and full-cycle recruiting
- Ability to develop interview guides and candidate assessment frameworks
- Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Workable), LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing technologies
