[Remote] Paralegal / Senior Paralegal — Legal AI Consultant

They are seeking a Paralegal / Senior Paralegal — Legal AI Consultant to enhance their contract review workflows by evaluating AI-generated suggestions and providing feedback based on practical legal knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-Generated Contract Review Outputs. Review TAC’s AI-generated comments, redlines, fallback positions, and playbook-based recommendations for accuracy, quality, and practical usefulness
- Assess Real-World Legal Judgment. Help determine whether AI suggestions reflect how experienced legal professionals would review, escalate, and negotiate commercial contracts
- Improve Redline and Playbook Quality. Provide structured feedback on clause edits, risk flags, negotiation positions, fallback language, and consistency across contract types
- Validate Commercial Contract Workflows. Review how TAC’s product handles common workflows across MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, order forms, amendments, and renewals
- Shape the Future of Legal AI. Work closely with TAC’s product and engineering teams to improve AI systems built for real commercial contract review
Skills
- 1+ years of experience working as a paralegal in a law firm
- Hands-on experience supporting commercial contract review with attorneys
- Experience working with redlines, contract edits, or legal review workflows
- Familiarity with commercial agreements such as SaaS agreements, MSAs, DPAs, NDAs, order forms, vendor agreements, or customer agreements
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Senior paralegal, legal operations, contract manager, or in-house legal team experience
- Experience with CLM tools or contract management systems
- Experience supporting SaaS, technology transactions, procurement, or vendor and customer contract review
- Experience working closely with attorneys on commercial contract review and negotiation
- Prior exposure to legal tech, AI tools, or product feedback work
