[Remote] Account Executive
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Influx is a rapidly growing company that provides high-quality customer support services. They are seeking an experienced Account Executive to build the Account function and unlock expansion revenue within their existing client base.
Responsibilities
- Generate expansion revenue
- Increase the strength, breadth, and scope of Influx's relationships within client organisations beyond the initial point of contact
- Identify and understand the specific situation, needs, and challenges of clients; match the right Influx solution to their requirements
- Guide clients through their buying journey and decision-making hurdles
- Partner closely with Delivery Directors and SDMs to rapidly source, follow up on, and nurture expansion leads
- Nurture and manage your pipeline using Hubspot, LinkedIn, Sybill, the People App, and Google Meet
- Communicate back to the business what you're working on, why, and what's working - contribute actively and accurately to pipeline reporting and meetings
- Win expansions. Close deals
Skills
- Over 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success across Digital services, SaaS software, CX solutions, or similar
- Excellent communication skills - you can take the lead in a conversation, leave no room for interpretation, and know when it's time to listen
- Partnership-building skills - you build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders at a client and help them drive internal change
- Entrepreneurial energy - you're persistent, excited about B2B relationships, and you know how to find and close expansion opportunities
- Commercial instinct - you understand recurring revenue, can identify upsell signals early, and you close
