[Remote] Implementation Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. mPulse is seeking an Implementation Consultant II to manage advanced requirement gathering and oversee the entire implementation process. This role involves guiding the implementation team to ensure solutions meet customer objectives and drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex requirement gathering and documentation processes
- Facilitate detailed discussions with customers to ensure alignment with strategic goals
- Manage implementation projects, guiding project managers, solution design engineers, and testers
- Lead medium to complex projects and provide guidance to Level 1 consultants
- Collaborate with solution design engineers to ensure accurate solution configuration
- Create and assist with test plans as needed
- Act as subject matter expert on how to properly Interpret and Implement a client's scope
- Drive process improvements based on project outcomes and feedback
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or solution consulting
- Proven leadership and project management skills
- Extensive experience with SaaS products or similar technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Excellent strategic thinking and communication skills to engage with stakeholders and manage client expectations
- Advanced understanding of SaaS technologies and implementation processes
- Ability to stand and sit for extended period of time
- Ability to lift 10 lbs. weight
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus
