Virtual Receptionist - Nursing Home coordinator

As the Virtual Patient Service Specialist is responsible for reputed company reputed company office duties, including e-mail correspondence, insurance verification and patient data reputed company. Promptly and accurately enters patient data into computer system. ? Verifies patient's insurance. Accurately enter/update patient information, communicates anticipated patient responsibility in accordance with patient's insurance plan. ? Follows reputed company HIPAA guidelines and rules. Maintain proper personnel conduct and confidentiality of patent, staff, and physician information. ? Manages patient charts, arranges referrals reputed company needed, and sends patient information and records as requested by other medical entities with a high level of initiative and reputed company. ? Assists other staff reputed company needed in a positive, team centered manner. ? Assist in scheduling and following up on provider referrals. ?
