[Remote] Salesforce Administrator

The Salesforce Administrator will manage, configure, and optimize the Salesforce CRM platform, supporting various teams and ensuring data quality while providing user support and training.
Responsibilities
- Manage Salesforce user setup, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings
- Configure and maintain standard and custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and workflows
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making
- Create and manage automations using Salesforce Flow and other declarative tools
- Ensure data quality through data governance, audits, cleansing, and deduplication efforts
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support and training
- Manage integrations with third-party applications
- Support Salesforce releases, testing, and change management activities
- Document system configurations, processes, and best practices
Skills
- 2–5+ years of Salesforce administration experience
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
- Strong reporting and dashboard development skills
- Experience with Salesforce Flow automation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Advanced Administrator Certification
- Platform App Builder Certification
- Experience with CPQ, Marketing Cloud, Revenue Cloud, or integrations
- Experience supporting sales organizations
