  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies by collaborating with team members, cross-functional partners, or external stakeholders as needed.
  • Strictly adhere to all arenaflex data entry policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines, including HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.
  • Organize and manage large volumes of sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and care.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet departmental goals, productivity targets, and project deadlines.
  • Generate basic reports, summaries, and documentation to support operational decision-making.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to streamline data entry workflows and improve overall efficiency.
  • Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and professional development activities as required.

Essential Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of data entry best practices, including double-entry verification and quality control techniques.
  • Ability to manage workload efficiently, meet daily and weekly production goals, and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Comfort with standard office equipment, computer systems, and cloud-based collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Slack, or Zoom.
  • Willingness and ability to learn new software platforms, proprietary systems, and updated procedures quickly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and correcting errors.
