We have an exciting opportunity to work in our Outpatient Mental Health Clinic in Waldorf. K&I is seeking a Clinical Director to join reputed company. Currently, we are particularly interested in hiring an LCSW-C or LCPC Board-approved supervisor. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the reputed company and supervision of our OMHC and clinical staff. Reviewing assigned therapist notes, treatment plans and clinical work in line with COMAR and HIPAA regulations. Providing clinical support and helpful resources to assigned therapists Collaborating with other Clinical Supervisors, Associate Directors from time to time as required Providing leadership and clinical oversights of clinical staffs. Providing a periodic review of programs, including compliance to COMAR, corporate policies, and employment reputed company Organizing and management of clinical training sessions for staffs Clinical Director Qualifications LCPC or LCSW-C Three to five years of progressively responsible program management experience and staff supervision, including expertise transforming clinical staff into a highly functional team Proven experience understanding and demonstrated ability to generate revenues for clinical services Experience and confidence identifying and implementing evidence-based practices Experience working in a crisis setting with individuals and families Ability to work reputed company Program development, evaluation, solid organizational skills, and public speaking Strong written and oral communication skills Proficiency in computer skills, especially using Outlook, Word, reputed company, and customized databases Ability to work in and adapt the culture of a multi-cultural, community-based organization Good interpersonal skills, ability to relate well with persons from a variety of socioeconomic and cultural groups.
