Technical Solution Engineer
Cyabra is a company focused on combating manipulation in social media through innovative technology. They are seeking a Technical Solution Engineer to engage with prospective clients, drive technical discussions, and support the sales cycle by translating client needs into tailored technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Translate prospective client needs into tailored technical solutions, including API-driven workflows and data integration strategies
- Design and present solution architectures that align with client systems, data environments, and decision-making processes
- Partner with Account Executives to lead the technical dimension of the sales cycle
- Deliver high-impact product demonstrations that connect platform capabilities to real-world business outcomes
- Own technical validation processes, including POCs, pilots, and evaluations
- Leverage AI tools (LLMs, automation agents) to enhance workflows, analysis, and customer solutions
- Design and optimize prompts to extract, structure, and operationalize insights from the Cyabra platform and AI systems
- Engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand requirements and constraints
- Communicate complex analytical concepts in a clear, structured, and persuasive manner, tailored to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Act as a bridge between Sales, Product, and Engineering
- Provide feedback on prospects needs, integration gaps, and product opportunities
- Contribute to the evolution of Cyabra’s technical and go-to-market strategy
- Create and maintain technical documentation, integration guides, and reusable solution playbooks
- Enable internal teams with reusable technical assets and best practices
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in a technical sales role within the SaaS industry (is an advantage)
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and cloud-based architectures
- Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, and integration patterns
- Ability to design effective LLM prompts and workflows to extract structured insights
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and building solutions without predefined playbooks
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and presentations
