[Remote] Entry Level Software Sales Associate

Thryv is a team dedicated to supporting local businesses, and they are seeking an Entry Level Software Sales Associate to join their Software Account Management team. This role involves driving outbound prospecting, executing multi-channel outreach, and developing skills for full-cycle software selling through a structured 6-month Software Acceleration Program.
Responsibilities
- Drive outbound prospecting to build qualified pipeline
- Execute multi-channel outreach (phone, email, social)
- Learn our platform and sales motion through hands on coaching
- Build the skills needed for full cycle software selling
- You’ll be immersed in real SaaS sales strategy—not just booking meetings
Skills
- 1–2 years of outbound sales experience (SaaS preferred)
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong communicator with confidence driving conversations
- Passion for software and helping independent SMB's compete against the giants
- Motivated, coachable, competitive, and ready to grow
- Interested in progressing into software account management and closing deals
- Willingness and ability to meet clients face-to-face as you grow your network and unleash sales success
