Organizational Development Specialist - Human Resources

NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital is the nation's largest not-for-profit medical center, seeking an Organizational Development Specialist to support their Organizational Development team. The role involves project management, documentation, and communication support for key OD programs and initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Organizational Development (OD) team in the delivery and tracking of key OD programs
  • Help design and have accountability for the documentation of OD documents
  • Provide project management support for major OD projects
  • Quantify and communicate activities and results
  • Provide direct project management/analysis support for key programs, initiatives, and interventions (e.g. Performance Management, Talent, Succession Planning)
  • Design OD documents
  • Write appropriate material including manuals, guidelines, brochures, newsletters, videos, and teambuilding programs
  • Support the communication needs of the Master Change Facilitators in support of their clients
  • Provide data and communications support for each site on an on-going basis
  • Assist in quantifying and documenting the results of programs

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of HR experience
  • Master's degree in Business, Organizational Behavior, HR Management, or related field
  • Experience in talent and succession management, organizational development, change management, and consulting
