As a Customer Service & Data Entry Representative on arenaflex’s Claims Coordination Team, you will be the critical link between claimants, internal adjusters, and our claims management platform. Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Entry

  • Enter claim information into arenaxflex’s proprietary claims management system with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
  • Validate data against source documents, ensuring that all required fields are completed and formatted correctly.
  • Perform routine quality checks and flag inconsistencies for further review.

Customer Interaction & Support

  • Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing clear, courteous, and solution‑oriented assistance.
  • Follow up with claimants to obtain missing documentation, clarification, or additional details needed to advance the claim.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor that reflects arenaflex’s commitment to empathy and integrity.

Invoice Review & Financial Accuracy

  • Examine invoices related to claim expenses, confirming that amounts, dates, and vendor information align with policy guidelines.

Reporting & Analytics Support

  • Generate standard and ad‑hoc reports from the claims system, summarizing key metrics such as claim volume, processing time, and status distribution.

Continuous Improvement & Training

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in business administration, information systems, or related fields is a plus.
  • 6 months to 1 year of professional experience in a customer service, data entry, or administrative role, preferably within insurance or financial services.
  • Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to quickly learn new software platforms.
  • Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy.
