About the Role

You will step into a central role where marketing strategy, content, data, and campaign execution come together. The assignment is with a global company in the food and packaging space, where you will support local markets in building and optimizing B2B campaigns that create awareness, engagement, and qualified leads. You will work across the full campaign journey, from target audience and messaging to channel selection, landing pages, email flows, reporting, and optimization. The role involves close collaboration with local market teams, global communications, and agencies, making it a strong match if you enjoy connecting strategy with hands-on delivery. Job Description

You will support local markets in planning, activating, optimizing, and evaluating programmes and campaigns based on defined KPIs. You will advise on how existing campaign content can be used effectively across different markets and initiatives. You will help define target audiences, shape message houses, and match messaging to different stages of the funnel. You will guide localization and creation of content pieces, and help ensure the right story is built across landing pages and campaign assets. You will support the selection of go-to-market channels and guide agencies in adapting content for those channels. You will help build marketing automation email flows and support reporting through Adobe reports and campaign analysis. You will analyze campaign performance, identify gaps in awareness, engagement, or lower-funnel conversion, and recommend actions for improvement. You will contribute to lead generation initiatives and help turn campaign insights into clear next steps. You will also support coordination of selected Tier 1 programmes together with local markets.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing. Strong experience in integrated campaign management across multiple channels, including digital channels, print, trade shows, and marketing automation. Hands-on knowledge of email marketing, content marketing, paid media, and SEO, with clear understanding of B2B channel strategy. Experience with marketing automation platforms, especially Pardot or similar platforms, and previous use of Salesforce CRM. Ability to work with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics reports, translate data into insights, and optimize campaigns based on performance. Experience with segmentation, tailored messaging, lead generation campaigns, and measurable campaign results. Practical experience using AI tools for content creation, segmentation, campaign optimization, and audience or intent analysis. Experience with account-based marketing, especially 1-to-few campaigns. Ability to manage multiple campaigns in parallel and work cross-functionally with local markets, communications, and marketing teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create and present campaign result reporting. Nice to have Experience from the food and beverage manufacturing or packaging industry. Master's degree in a related field such as digital marketing. Experience working across different time zones.
