About the Role

Intermedia is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to drive marketing growth through our channel partners. In this role, you’ll develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies, co-marketing programs, and partner enablement campaigns that accelerate adoption of Intermedia’s intelligent cloud communications and collaboration solutions — including UCaaS, CCaaS, and productivity tools. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Channel Sales, Partner Enablement, and Product Marketing to deliver programs that align with business goals, strengthen SP relationships, and generate measurable revenue impact.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute joint GTM strategies with channel partners to drive awareness, pipeline, and customer growth. Design and deliver co-marketing campaigns — digital, events, webinars, and partner-led initiatives — using MDF and joint planning. Collaborate with channel sales and partner success to enable partners through messaging, tools, and content that accelerate deal velocity. Plan and manage regional and partner events, ensuring alignment with sales goals and measurable ROI. Track and report on marketing performance and ROI, providing insights to optimize future programs. Qualifications 1-3 years of B2B marketing experience, including channel or partner marketing with Service Providers, MSPs, or Telecom partners. Strong understanding of indirect sales models and channel partner go-to-market dynamics. Proven success building and executing joint marketing plans that drive partner-led revenue. Excellent communication, relationship management, and project leadership skills. Proficiency in Salesforce, Business Intelligence reporting, and marketing analytics tools.
