Senior Marketing Designer

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Designer to create strong, clear, and effective visual work across brand, digital, campaign, and offline channels. You’ll own marketing design outcomes end to end, set a high creative standard, and be the person the team trusts to turn ideas into polished work. The role includes a strong focus on B2B marketing: turning complex ideas, products, and messages into visuals that are easy to understand, credible, and engaging. Context B2B marketing and brand communications Campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives Digital assets across web, landing pages, social media, paid media, and presentations Offline activations including events, print, merchandise, and outdoor advertising Ongoing development and evolution of brand systems and visual guidelines Role Responsibilities Develop visual concepts for B2B campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives Design assets across web, landing pages, social, paid media, presentations, and other marketing formats Create, maintain, and evolve brand guidelines and visual systems Support offline activations, including billboards, events, merch, print, and unconventional formats Turn complex product or business messages into clear visual communication Adapt ideas across channels while keeping the brand consistent Prepare production-ready files for digital, print, and external partners

Required Qualifications

Strong experience in marketing, brand, campaign, or B2B design A portfolio showing high-quality digital and brand work Excellent sense of layout, typography, color, composition, and visual hierarchy Experience designing for web, social, paid media, presentations, and offline formats Ability to build or evolve brand systems Ability to make complex ideas feel clear, structured, and visually engaging Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and move from concept to final delivery Clear communication, strong ownership, and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using AI tools in the creative workflow Motion, illustration, 3D, or basic video skills What Success Looks Like Campaigns and brand assets are clear, polished, and consistent Projects move from brief to final delivery quickly and smoothly The brand becomes more recognizable, flexible, and effective The team has a stronger, faster creative workflow Stakeholders trust you to own marketing design without heavy direction
