JOB DESCRIPTION Key Responsibilities: Responds to inbound customer inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and a service-oriented approach. Builds and nurtures strong relationships with internal and external customers. Uses approved reference materials, call scripts, FAQs, and training updates to provide clear, consistent, and compliant information. Works independently in a fast-paced call center environment while fostering a positive team culture. Escalates complex inquiries to the appropriate departments to ensure timely resolution.
