As part of our dynamic U.S. Consumer Services Group, the USCM team collaborates across the organization to craft innovative strategies that span our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, including exclusive offerings like our rewards programs, travel services, and lifestyle partnerships. Position Overview: Hilton Customer Marketing Growth & Loyalty Specialist

We're seeking a highly motivated and analytically minded Senior Analyst to lead our Hilton Co-Brand Marketing Customer Marketing & Channel Innovation initiatives. This high-visibility role will be instrumental in driving the growth and expansion of customer marketing in both Hilton and arenaflex channels from our existing Card Members. You'll lead the charge in running campaigns and developing marketing growth and loyalty strategies that drive sustainable spend and lend across proven revenue-driving treatments.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about growth and engagement marketing with a customer-first mentality, bringing experience in performance analysis, relationship management, and marketing execution to our team. You'll be essential to handling our partnership with Hilton and driving success from marketing campaigns run in partner channels, all while analyzing sophisticated performance data to provide actionable insights that continually optimize our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Marketing Campaign Strategy: Develop comprehensive marketing campaign strategies to deliver growth marketing campaigns to existing Hilton Card Members, driving spend and lend from our existing customer base while delivering contextually relevant marketing to foster loyalty and engagement throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Channel Optimization: Collaborate closely with Hilton and key internal partners to build and optimize growth from proven treatment campaigns in both arenaflex and Hilton-owned channels, including (but not limited to) Upgrades, SAS, Fingerprint, and Plan It initiatives.
  • Loyalty Program Development: Create and optimize sophisticated loyalty campaigns including Monthly eNewsletters, Refer a Friend programs, Re-engagement Opportunities, Amex & Industry Offers, Hilton Promotions, and Benefit Reinforcement communications.
  • Campaign Management Excellence: Lead all aspects of campaign management, including creative/messaging approach, execution, results analysis, monthly forecasting, and budget management to ensure maximum impact and efficiency.
  • Performance Analytics: Develop and maintain a comprehensive customer marketing scorecard to track performance metrics and report on campaign effectiveness, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Optimization Opportunities: Proactively identify opportunities to optimize campaigns through strategic segmentation, creative testing, and offer refinement to continuously improve performance.
  • Retention Partnerships: Partner with the retention team to optimize offers and analyze monthly reporting trends, ensuring our strategies align with broader customer retention objectives.
  • Creative Collaboration: Partner with creative agencies to develop innovative and impactful marketing communications that drive measurable business results and enhance the customer experience.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Relationship Building: Exceptional relationship building and partner management skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners at various levels across the organization.
  • Marketing Experience: Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience, with specific background in customer marketing and familiarity with arenaflex marketing tools and processes being highly advantageous.
  • Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex performance data and extract meaningful insights ("the so what") that propel actionable growth strategies.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: A passionate, customer-first marketer who challenges the status quo and is committed to delivering exceptional value to our Card Members.
  • Innovative Problem Solving: Analytical and "outside of the box" thinker with proactive problem-solving abilities and a creative approach to overcoming marketing challenges.

  • Project Leadership: Ability to drive projects from concept to implementation effectively and efficiently, managing timelines and deliverables with precision.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

Compensation & Benefits:
