Position Overview

We are seeking a detail‑oriented, self‑motivated Part‑Time Remote Data Entry Claims Intake Processor to support our high‑volume claims intake workflow.   • Document Identification: Differentiate between various claim types (e.g., medical, dental, vision) and apply the appropriate data entry guidelines for each.
  • Imaging Software Navigation: Efficiently retrieve claim images and supporting documents using arenaflex’s proprietary imaging platform.
  • Turnaround Time Management: Meet or exceed client‑specified processing deadlines, ensuring that each claim progresses through the pipeline without delay.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform peer reviews of teammates’ entries, flagging discrepancies and providing constructive feedback.
