Key Responsibilities

Data Entry & Validation

  • Accurately input and update data across multiple platforms, including proprietary databases, CRM tools, and cloud‑based spreadsheets.

  • Identify, flag, and correct inconsistencies or errors using established quality‑control protocols.
  • Maintain a meticulous audit trail for all data modifications to support compliance and traceability.

Data Management & Organization

  • Organize electronic and paper records in a systematic, searchable manner that aligns with arenaflex’s information‑governance policies.
  • Implement secure storage practices to protect sensitive and confidential information, adhering to industry standards such as GDPR and CCPA.
  • Generate routine and ad‑hoc reports that summarize data trends, entry volumes, and error rates for senior leadership.

Quality Assurance & Process Improvement

  • Conduct regular data audits to assess accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards.
