Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high‑volume data entry tasks using the company’s Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system and other proprietary databases.
  • Collect, verify, and input information from internal stakeholders and external customers, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Prepare source documents, such as invoices, purchase orders, and credit memos, for entry into the appropriate systems.
  • Conduct routine audits of entered data, identify discrepancies, and correct errors in collaboration with relevant departments.
  • Maintain meticulous file management practices, including electronic filing, naming conventions, and version control.
  • Support the data entry function by providing entry‑level administrative assistance, such as faxing, scanning, and document distribution.
  • Assist in the onboarding and training of new data entry team members, sharing best practices for system navigation and data quality assurance.
  • Communicate proactively with dealers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve data‑related inquiries and ensure seamless information flow.
  • Document and report recurring data quality issues to senior staff, recommending process improvements where applicable.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to type accurately at a minimum of 60 words per minute with a strong focus on error‑free entry.
  • Experience with data entry, clerical support, or administrative roles, preferably in a remote or distributed work environment.
