Title: Executive Director Reports To: Steering Committee Co-Chairs Compensation: Full-time, salaried, exempt position. Salary range: 80-90K. Pay rate will be determined in part depending on years of experience related to essential duties and responsibilities. Some responsibilities may occur outside of normal business hours. Desired Start Date: August 1, 2026 Organizational Description The San Francisco Domestic Violence Consortium (SF DVC) is an advocacy and public policy association of 17 community-based nonprofit and governmental organizations dedicated to ending domestic violence and supporting survivors in San Francisco, California. Since 1982, the SF DVC has provided a unique contribution to San Francisco by supporting service providers while raising the awareness of elected officials, policymakers and the broader community on how policy decisions affect San Francisco's comprehensive community of survivors and direct service providers. The San Francisco Domestic Violence Consortium is a fiscally sponsored project of the Tides Center. The Executive Director is currently the only staff member of the SF DVC and is employed by the Tides Center. Position Summary The Executive Director is responsible for promoting and sustaining the mission of the San Francisco Domestic Violence Consortium. The position is best filled by a dynamic and collaborative leader who engages community-based nonprofit organizations, City Supervisors and Departments, courts, media, and more to advance San Francisco’s commitment to all survivors and victims of domestic violence.
