Zonda is hiring a part-time Field Researcher to help track new home construction in your area. Ideal for independent workers who enjoy solo drives and a break from screens or sales calls. What You'll Do: Once every quarter (every 90 days), you'll spend 2-3 weeks driving through neighborhoods and recording the construction status of new homes on provided maps. No sales, cold calls, or office hours. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive through assigned new construction, residential neighborhoods
- Visually identify lot status: are these homes occupied, under construction, vacant lots, etc.
- Mark findings on provided site maps
- Track mileage and time
- Return completed folders to your managers
